Cancellation and Return Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before dispatch for a full refund.

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may proceed with a return after delivery.

Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

• A replacement or full refund will be provided at no extra cost.

Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
